On June 10, 2010, Da Nang Software Association has held the first conference at hall 3 & 4 of Da Nang Software Park, representatives to the convention were from:
- Leader of Da Nang People’s Committee
- Department of Science and Technology of Danang
- Department of Information and Communications of Da Nang City
- Department of Home Affairs
- Department of Information and Communication of provinces and cities.
- Representatives of corporations, companies, IT enterprises, telecommunications, IT human resource training schools
- Representatives of the central media agencies – Da Nang
- Enterprises at Da Nang Software Park
- And especially is 11 founders of the DSA
